Life With a Photo Crazy Girl

If you are ever wondering what is going on at my house, all you have to do is ask to see the photos on Anna's camera. Yes, whatever went on over here the past 20 - 60 days is all in the camera. Anna NEVER puts it down, and when she isn't taking pictures, she is downloading them. Of course, you have to love it though, when we're all old we will still have most of our childhood in our hands. And it makes for a very good photographer. We don't mind getting our pictures taken all day because we usually don't have to pose or have time too before she's already taken the picture! But sometimes they are blurry, that's why she likes taking pictures of cats, because they always pose whether you are taking a photo or not.

Inspiration Board

I got the idea off one of my favorite blogs. Since I didn't have any magazine that were inspiration worthy, I called my older sister who had a stack of Instyle magazines. Thanks a million Ashley!
I then went through the magazines cutting out words that I liked and or liked the photos around the words or just even random words with cool typography. I plan on making more soon. But my inspiration board (I think) really shows who I am, and who I want to be.
Even though I did not find the word in any of those magazines, my word for this year is DEFINITELY
Deeper.
It has been a very changing year for all of us, but Deeper is exactly where I am right now. God has (and IS doing) a much more deeper work in me then I thought possible. I am being stretched deeper everyday. And I am learning to love deeper everyday.
What is YOUR word this year?
You will need-
Modge Podge
A canvas or plastic foam board.
Pain brushes
lots of magazines.

I'm Alive

I haven't written in a while. But my blogger skills have improved and I'd like to pick this up again.

Please welcome me back! LOL

Coffee

I love coffee.

My family rarely drinks it.

Except when we have a breakfast with someone.

Which is not very often.

But this morning I awoke to the smell of it.

(Well actually my Mom said: "Get out of bed or no coffee)

So naturally I rushed out of bed.

After a few photos I took my share.

Making sure no one was watching me, I poured myself a little bit more creamer.

Then I walked out on the porch. The grey sky hovering over me.

Me breathing in the now familiar smell of Spring.

Ahh, it was going to be a busy day.

I quickly drank my coffee as I watched my Sister pour a huge amount of creamer in hers.

Then I got ready for work.

And the busy day ahead.

Sense my grandmother moved in I haven't been able to foster dogs anymore. Well, when we went to volunteer Thursday, we saw a Golden Retriever there, he was SUPER skinny, it was so bad that he and his brother would fight for food (not to mention his name was Kujo). He so sweet, but shy. It was as if he thought you were going to hit him or something if he didn't stay still.
I had been asking my mom and dad if we could foster him, I told them I would keep him in the basement. Finally, the next Thursday when we went again, he was still there and mom and dad let me take him home. I have been working with him ever sense and he is the sweetest thing! I don't know who could treat him such! He loves my dog Benny, our little Yorkie-poo, they play together all the time in our neighbors back yard (we don't have a fence). However, he does not get along with Berny, our Tibetan Mastiff, Berny is good with other dogs but he is the Alpha dog, and Cullen (which is what the Humane So. named the Golden) doesn't do well with bigger dogs, especially not dominant ones! So, yeah, I figured out that the hard way!
I am trying to get some meat on him and training him, he acts just like a puppy (a big one though).
He still needs a home so we are working on photos of him to put on theHumane So. website.
